From The Calming Co: U-Relax and U-Sleep Calming Tonics for Day and Night. They are premeasured packs, and I just mix them with water — then sip sip horray! I’m NOT joking, these little concoctions can have you feeling fuzzy or REAL relaxed at times. I’ve even gotten a little woozy drinking them.
But they do help with relaxing you and are best without food. Although eating might help with the side effects of feeling nauseous — I’d just eat before drinking. Food seems to lessen the effects.
