Another thing I use—and love—is my computer hard case with a built-in stand. When I’m not working at a table or using my newer setup, this has been a go-to solution.

The case has legs on the bottom (you might be able to see them), which help prop up the computer. It comes with both a front and back hard shell, so it protects the laptop while also making it more functional for remote work.

These hard shell cases are available for different laptop models, and I really like that it allows my computer to stand up while I work. Plus, it helps prevent overheating, especially if I’m working for long periods of time in one spot.
