These are the Healthy Habits Extremely Successful People Do and YOU Need To: Be Still and FEEL Embracing the Quiet Moments in your life… Stillness + Silence = Success!

Do you ever take time for yourself? Time to “tune out all the noise” — all the TV, Radio, Music, Social Media, EVERYTHING, and just sit in SILENCE? Do YOU?

I get up every day around 5am! I can’t control it, I’m a natural at it! It’s like an internal alarm clock goes off inside my body, and I wake up! Even the cat and dogs are programmed to get up!


My 5am Morning Routine…

After my 4-5am wake-up call from the paws — the first thing I do is go let the dogs outside to use the bathroom and give them a treat so they’ll stop barking (and meowing) or what I like to call “hustling” me! 

Next… I pour myself a cup of coffee ☕️ 

Then I like to sit in silence while NO ONE else is awake! Whether I’m in the RV at the trailer park, living the van Life, visiting my Mom’s house, or at the condo with my boyfriend — yet, there is always NOISE inside and outside, no matter where I am, some I can control, but most external I cannot!

So I love to spend my time reading the Bible, planning, praying, and preparing for my day. I love to write, read, and get the juices flowing without any other distractions! I get so much done at 5am that if anyone tries to get up, make noise, or worse, if I don’t wake up! It screws my whole day and vibes up!

I hate waking up late past 6 am, and God forgive me if it’s 7! I feel like I’ve lost half my day already and am behind! Mostly because once the world starts turning and all the noise churning, I can’t think! I can’t create — I’m constantly having to communicate, dealing with distractions, etc..!


Finding Quiet Time

One thing I’ve learned as an introverted entrepreneur and digital nomad is that you have to figure out a schedule that works for you! Sometimes that means working around everyone else’s schedule!

Find a time when you can work your best. Maybe that means waking up early, or staying up late, not a 9-5 routine schedule.

You’re NOT a robotic machine checking a list! Don’t listen to what the world tells you to do; instead, make a schedule that works for your lifestyle (if not, then maybe you need a lifestyle change too)!

Get out there, do your thing! Write, record, create, and share what God has laid on your heart to do, to be, how else do you ever expect to feel that feeling “to be me and be free” if you don’t take the first step, make the first move, and stop all the noise! You need to BE STILL and FEEL, plus LISTEN to what’s being said to you!
